Inside the formulation
Every product deserves its own explanation. This listing describes the product you selected; ingredient chemistry and the manufacturing method should not be assumed from another Luma product.
Ingredient rationale
Our original unscented soap is formulated with coconut, palm kernel, olive, castor, hemp seed and jojoba oils, transformed by potassium hydroxide during saponification. This scented variation is a proposed extension of that base; its exact fragrance composition and allergen information must be verified against the actual raw material specification before making ingredient claims.
How this product is made
Traditional liquid soap is made when plant oils react with potassium hydroxide to form potassium salts of fatty acids and glycerol. Fragrance is typically evaluated and introduced during an appropriate post-saponification step. Compatibility, clarity, viscosity, stability and final pH need to be checked for each fragrance rather than assumed from the unscented formula.
Benefits, use and limitations
Fragrance experience: green, crisp, camphor-like. A pleasantly scented washing experience can add enjoyment to an everyday routine, but a fragrance does not inherently improve cleansing, moisturization or skin safety. Sensitive users may prefer unscented products. These images are conceptual mockups; availability is disabled until inventory is confirmed.
Why its soap chemistry matters
Traditional liquid soap is produced when plant oils react with potassium hydroxide to form potassium salts of fatty acids. Different oil profiles shape lather, cleansing and clarity. The original Unscented Castile Soap label lists coconut, palm kernel, olive, castor, hemp seed and jojoba as starting materials; confirm this list against the label for the exact product shown.
